Meet the Team
Mary Jean White, CGMS
Mary Jean White has nearly thirty years of experience in government program management, grants management, regulatory compliance, and legislative process training, grant writing, strategic planning, compliance monitoring and program remediation for public sector, non-profit, and commercial clients, and is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in grants management, Uniform Administrative Requirements (2 C.F.R. 200) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (the FAR) as well as state and local procurement and compliance issues surrounding federal and state-funded programs. As the founder and president of MJ White Consulting, MJ works with client organizations to establish and maintain compliant grants management systems, achieve their training goals, and build sustainable performance models throughout the grants lifecycle. MJ holds a bachelor of urban and regional planning degree from Florida Atlantic University, holds the Certified Grants Management Specialist credential from the National Grants Management Association, and the CRISC designation (certified in risk and information system control) through ISACA.
John Knoblauch brings over 25 years of experience in private business and industry to his role as Project Manager at MJ White Consulting. In addition to background in business franchising and call center operations, he was National Sales Manager and ISO 9000 coordinator for a manufacturer supporting GSA and DOD supply contract requirements. His expertise adds a new dimension to MJ White Consulting’s support capabilities. John holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Indian University of Pennsylvania.
Anne Marie Dunning
Anne Marie Dunning has been providing services to MJ White Consulting clients since August 2021. In addition to grants management services, Anne Marie works on grants management and Federal compliance course curriculum development. Anne Marie holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Central Florida. Anne Marie will be taking leave from much of her work with MJ White Consulting to pursue a Juris Doctor degree at Georgetown University School of Law in August 2023.
Deborah Knoblauch provides grants accounting and recipient and subrecipient monitoring support for MJ White Consulting clients. Deborah brings years of university and nonprofit experience to the firm, and assists clients with request for funds requests, account reconciliation, and monitoring recipients and subrecipients for compliance. Deborah holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Neumann University.
Regina Duresky provides grants management services to MJ White Consulting clients. Regina brings a decade of teaching and education project management experience, including Title I and other federal and state-funded projects, to assist clients with compliance issues, programmatic concerns, and keeping projects on track. Regina has a bachelor's degree in education from Florida Gulf Coast University.
