Meet the Team

Mary Jean White has nearly thirty years of experience in government program management, grants management, regulatory compliance, and legislative process training, grant writing, strategic planning, compliance monitoring and program remediation for public sector, non-profit, and commercial clients, and is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in grants management, Uniform Administrative Requirements (2 C.F.R. 200) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (the FAR) as well as state and local procurement and compliance issues surrounding federal and state-funded programs. As the founder and president of MJ White Consulting, MJ works with client organizations to establish and maintain compliant grants management systems, achieve their training goals, and build sustainable performance models throughout the grants lifecycle. MJ holds a bachelor of urban and regional planning degree from Florida Atlantic University, holds the Certified Grants Management Specialist credential from the National Grants Management Association, and the CRISC designation (certified in risk and information system control) through ISACA.

John Knoblauch brings over 25 years of experience in private business and industry to his role as Project Manager at MJ White Consulting. In addition to background in business franchising and call center operations, he was National Sales Manager and ISO 9000 coordinator for a manufacturer supporting GSA and DOD supply contract requirements. His expertise adds a new dimension to MJ White Consulting’s support capabilities. John holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Indian University of Pennsylvania.
